The Mountain Roses have strategic alliances with different farms of roses in Ecuador. We believe the look and quality of these roses will set you apart from every other. We do not sell individual floral arrangements; our products are packaged in boxes and bunch. Our products are natural, the descriptions of these are the most similar to the reality but these are not always exactly, can be a little bit different. Our promotions, prices and availability may change due to weather. We sell alive products, these are cut after your purchase and then they are air shipped to be delivered as soon as possible, so we recommend that you place your order at last two week in advance from the date you require the flowers. Follow this advice to insure that your fresh cut flowers will live longer: * As soon as you receive roses, you must unpack these, after that, you must remove the lower leaves and thorns. Please be careful with the bark. * You must cut the stems under water with a clean knife or shears. * Place the roses in 105 - 110 degree F water. Adjust the pH to 3.0 with citric acid. Keep the roses in the mixture until they are crisp (30 - 60 minutes). * Take the roses out of the water and transfer them into a vase with floral preservative and chill. * Don't put the roses in the foam unless they are totally hydrated. * Soak the foam in a floral preservative instead of plain water-- this will help the bouquet last longer! * If roses are to be delivered in a box (without water), place the stems in vials of preservative solution (or in foam that has been soaked in preservative solution). * If the roses need to be delivered dry, make sure they were hydrated completely and include a care sheet for your customers. Suggest the roses be placed in warm water (105 degree F/40 degree C) for 30 minutes before arranging in a floral preservative. * Avoid placing the flowers in an area where they might receive excess heat or other extreme conditions. This will help them last longer.
